Job Responsibilities
Recruiting and hiring new employees by posting job openings, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
Onboarding new hires, including conducting orientations and completing necessary paperwork
Managing employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Maintaining employee records and updating HR database
Managing and resolving employee relations issues
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Assisting with employee training and development programs
Managing compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handling employee complaints and grievances
Participating in the development and implementation of HR programs, including employee engagement and retention initiatives
Assisting in the preparation of budget and forecasting for the HR department
Continuously improving HR processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.

Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required for this role.
candidates with a degree in a different field, as long as they have relevant experience and knowledge in human resources.
Many employers prefer candidates with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field,
Professional certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional).

Experience Requirements
HR Specialists are required to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Experience with HR software and databases is a plus.
Experience in a supervisory or management role is an advantage.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is also important.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are important.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of an organization.
Additional Requirements
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
