Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and security systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware devices, software applications, and peripherals.
Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to staff members, assisting with hardware and software-related problems.
Conduct regular backups of data and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and system availability.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Proven experience (3 years) in IT roles, demonstrating proficiency in network administration, system maintenance, and technical support.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, firewalls, and security protocols.
Proficiency in system administration, including managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with database management systems and ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
Knowledge of Shared Hosting, WHM, and Cpanel
Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Node JS
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
