This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

University degree related to the job

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in human resources roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
