Job Description:
This job aims to implement and assist in administrative activities within the branch in Zagazig. The post holder must provide administrative support to the branch and ensure that procedures and policies are implemented effectively. Job duties include, for example:
Graduate of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Cairo University.
Fluency in English, as English is the first language in college.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Carrying out daily management work within the branch, such as receiving calls and visitors and managing correspondence.
Assist in organizing meetings and preparing the necessary schedules and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and administrative information.
Directing customers and providing assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
Assisting in organizing and managing the branch’s internal activities and events.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
The person holding this position must be committed to excellence in administrative work and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must also be a good speaker of English to interact effectively with native speaking clients and colleagues.
