We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, as well as resolving product-related issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic tasks:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, prices and availability.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, and escalating them when necessary to the appropriate departments.
- Process orders, returns and exchanges in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable and trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
